MUSIC | THE HEALING WATERS BAND

The Healing Waters Band is a rock and roll group that formed spontaneously at Eden Hot Springs during the 2000-2001 New Years retreat. After years of playing parties, concerts and retreats, the band wrote enough original material to complete two records. The band’s first compact disc, released in January 2004, is entitled This Cooked Planet; the band’s second compact disc, released in January 2006, is entitled All Is One. Drawing upon inspiration from The Beatles, Elvis, Pink Floyd, Led Zeppelin, The Doors, Van Morrison, Credence Clearwater Revival, Stevie Wonder, Van Halen, The Cars, Tom Petty, Old Queensryche, Old Metallica, and many one-hit wonders, the Healing Waters Band has synthesized a completely unique, catchy sound that is sure to make this music memorable for a lifetime.

The high energy and emotionally-intense guitar-wizardry of David Steinberg is guaranteed to awe you. The flailing arms and progressive percussion of David Wolfe is sure to move you. The solid bass lines of Tony Thorpe will put some rhythm in your soul. The variety of Bill Greene's keyboard sounds will amaze you!
